There’s a lot of options for you if you want to create your own blog so I’ll just tell you what works best for me…
I basically create my blogs using WordPress.org. It’s all free to use, and there’s thousands of great templates you can choose from too. However keep in mind that you’ll need your own domain name too.

You can go in there and get your site hosted for about $6-7 per month, and a domain name for about $9. By the way, they also offer unlimited domains so that’s a nice touch if you are thinking of creating more than one blog in the future…
